About The Role

Maternity Cover - Fixed term up to 14 months from November 2025 with possibility to extend.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our established features implementation team to provide maternity cover. As a Technical Implementation Coordinator, you will work with our partners and customers alongside the rest of the team to implement iaptus features, problem solve, and track key performance metrics.

You should be technically literate with a good understanding of common applications, such as the Google and Microsoft suite, and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to users with limited computer literacy. Fluency in a specific coding language is not required, and this is not a developer role, however confidence in excel (or similar), knowledge or willingness to learn basic SQL and interpreting technical documentation are desirable.

If you want to work in a highly collaborative environment, have a passion for data driven insights and the vision and drive to ensure the successful operation of the features business, then we would love to hear from you.

As a Technical Implementation Coordinator you will:

  • Be a key representative of our business, providing liaison with both clients and integration partners for our iaptus features to support implementation.

  • Collaborate closely with our current Implementation Coordinators and other teams across the business to provide technical insight and support for the features suite.

  • Proactively work to meet business objectives and find creative approaches to ensure these are met.

  • Supporting the tracking of key sales and performance metrics for the iaptus additional features suite.

  •  Self manage your own backlog of work; prioritise and organise your own time to deliver these in the most effective way possible.

  • Following completion of new starter training with us, you will be happy to implement, test and troubleshoot value added features using basic technical programming functions.

  • Produce documentation to support features, including information and help guides.

About You

  • You are personable, motivated, flexible and organised.

  • You are able to communicate technical concepts clearly and have a close eye for detail.

  • You are an autonomous problem-solver with a strong work ethic.

  • You may not have extensive customer service experience but are comfortable liaising with customers and partners.

  • You may not have worked in healthtech before but have a passion for helping people and an interest in healthcare technology.

Skills and Experience

  • This is a role that requires good technical literacy.

  • You should enjoy working with data and be confident in interpreting and articulating trends, with an eye to creating easily repeatable reports and processes.

  • You’ll be able to show how you have delivered work in a highly effective and efficient way, with particular attention to detail.

  • You may be used to working to specific commercial objectives, being honest about what you can achieve and communicating this clearly.

  • You’ll have good written skills, be fluent in English, and be happy to engage with customers and suppliers on phone and video calls.

Benefits

We offer a phenomenal working environment, exciting opportunities to learn new skills, and an excellent package of benefits including:

  • life assurance

  • private health insurance

  • Pension (enhanced after successful completion of probation)

  • personal training and conference budget

  • onsite gym

  • parking, including EV charging points

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell annual leave after probation is completed)

 Hours and Location

The position is for a full time member of our team, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.

Collaboration is one of our four company values - we work best together. We believe there is significant benefit from working face to face when doing so. At the same time, some work may be carried out just as effectively alone and away from the office. We have therefore created a flexible ‘place of work’ policy that asks everyone to be where the work of the day is best completed and overall spend enough time in the office with others to maintain relationships and communication. As a general rule, we require an average of 2-3 days in the office per week.

Our Place of Work policy is available on request.

The role involves occasional travel.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship by Mayden for a skilled worker visa.  We are therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who would require an employer to sponsor them for a work permit.

How to apply

Please upload:

  • A covering letter describing your interest in the role and sharing a little about what you would bring to the team and to Mayden.

  • Your CV

  • A copy of your passport and if required your share code and date of birth (only required to to evidence your right to work in the UK when using a share code).

We will review applications as they arrive and this role will therefore close upon receipt of applications reaching our limit or making a successful offer to a candidate.

Please note that successful applicants will be asked to complete a basic DBS check as part of their onboarding process.   These checks are processed by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and will be paid for by Mayden.  The need for DBS screening follows requirements from our customers and NHS England.

STRICTLY NO AGENCIES

If this role isn't for you, but you like the sound of working at Mayden, please keep checking our website for some more exciting opportunities coming soon.
